The AI dashboard & history #
Open vfile.app/aiassistance/dashboard to see the available tools, each built for a specific job. Everything you generate is saved under History to revisit and reuse.
Worked example #
You have just added a new product and want an appealing description for your online catalogue.
- You open the AI dashboard and choose the Product Description tool.
- You type the product name — Corn AG 603 Hybrid Seed — and a few key points: high yield, disease resistant, 10 kg bag.
- You click Generate, and the AI returns a tidy description.
- You tweak one sentence to match your tone, then paste it into the product so it shows in your Catalogue QR.
- The draft stays in your History for reuse next season.
What this affects #
- It only produces text — AI Assistance drafts words. It does not change products, stock, ledgers or figures on its own.
- You stay in control — nothing is used until you copy the result and apply it yourself.
