Turn on admin notifications and set the admin mobile number (with country code). The owner or manager then receives an instant WhatsApp for each new sale and payment.
Group alerts #
Prefer to keep the whole team informed? Enable group notifications and use the group ID from your AndroidAPI dashboard. Every relevant event is posted to that group.
Worked example #
You own the business but are often away from the shop.
- You enable admin alerts and set your own mobile number.
- Your cashier makes a ₨9,500 sale to Rana.
- Your phone buzzes with a WhatsApp: a new sale of ₨9,500 was recorded — even though you are miles away.
- Later, a ₨140,000 dealer payment comes in; the whole sales team sees it in the shared group instantly.
