Automatic customer profiles #
Every time you take a booking, the customer is saved (or matched to an existing record by mobile number). Open Customers to see the list, or click a name to open a profile showing their contact details and complete booking history – every event, amount and payment.
VIP detection #
The system automatically flags your most valuable customers as VIP, based on how many times they have booked and how much they have spent (the thresholds are set in settings). You can also mark or unmark a customer as VIP by hand.
Sortable lists #
The customer list can be sorted to answer business questions instantly:
- By total amount spent – who are your biggest spenders?
- By number of bookings – who books with you most often?
- VIP-only view – focus on your top customers.
