What a membership card is #
A membership card is a loyalty offer you give a customer: a discount (a percentage or a fixed amount) that is valid for a period you choose – one month, three months, or any custom range. Each card has a unique number and is printable, so the customer keeps it and comes back for their next event.
How to issue a card #
- Open the customer’s profile.
- In the membership section, set the discount type (percent or amount) and value, and the valid-from and valid-to dates.
- Save – the system generates a unique card number.
- Click to print the card (or save as PDF to send on WhatsApp).
