Two ways to handle food #
When you take a booking you choose one of two food models:
- Self – the customer arranges their own food. You only charge the hall rent plus any facility / crockery charges. The dish menu is hidden.
- Per-Head – you provide the catering and charge per guest. You can set a flat per-head rate and/or add an itemised dish menu.
How to set it #
- On the booking form, in the Food section, pick Self or Per Head.
- For Self: enter the hall rent and any facility / crockery charges.
- For Per Head: enter the hall rent, optionally a per-head rate and guest quantity, and build the dish menu below.
The Payment Summary instantly reflects your choice, so the customer sees the correct total either way.
