The Master Panel #
Some one-time setup is handled by the TecniForge Master Panel – the admin area used by the TecniForge team to onboard your hall. This keeps the sensitive, do-once configuration separate from your daily operations so nothing is changed by accident.
Business profile #
Your hall’s business profile – name, address, phone, and tax registration numbers (NTN/STRN) – is set here. These details appear on your invoices, receipts and cards. If any of this changes, ask the TecniForge team to update it.
PRA e-invoicing setup #
Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) e-invoicing is configured once per hall from the Master Panel. The system ships ready in manual mode (a local fiscal reference and QR on every submitted invoice). When your PRAL credentials are available, TecniForge switches it to live transmission – with no change to how you create invoices day to day. Subscription #
Your access runs on a subscription managed with TecniForge. For renewals, adding more portions or users, or any account change, contact TecniForge support.
