Shift-wise rent #
Each shift (for example Morning, Evening, Night) can have its own rent. When you pick a shift on the booking, its rent fills in automatically. Evening and night functions can therefore cost more than a morning function, with no manual calculation.
Weekday-wise rent #
Rent can also change with the day of the week. By default Saturday and Sunday are the highest, Thursday and Friday a little less, and the other days normal. When you pick the event date, the rent adjusts for that day automatically. The uplift percentages are fully editable in settings, and you can still fine-tune the final rent on any booking.
Services, discount and tax #
- Additional services – add decoration, lighting, stage, generator/AC and any custom charge. Click a service chip to add it with its default price, or type your own.
- Discount – enter any discount; the taxable amount drops accordingly.
- Tax – the tax rate (for example 16%) applies to the taxable amount to give the grand total. The default rate comes from settings and can be changed per booking.
Editing amounts later #
Prices can also be fine-tuned when the invoice is generated, right up until the invoice is submitted to PRA (after which it is locked). See the Invoicing guide.
