We’re looking for a GoHighLevel Expert to join our team and help optimize and implement automation systems for marketing, sales, and customer service processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Setup & Configuration: Lead the setup and configuration of GoHighLevel accounts, including pipelines, workflows, and automations for clients.
- Campaign Management: Develop and implement high-converting marketing campaigns within GoHighLevel. This includes email sequences, SMS automation, and sales funnels.
- Automation Workflow Creation: Build and manage automated workflows that improve lead nurturing, customer engagement, and sales processes.
- Funnel Building: Create and optimize high-converting landing pages, sales funnels, and forms within the GoHighLevel platform.
- CRM Management: Configure and maintain the GoHighLevel CRM to ensure client data is accurately captured and segmented for effective marketing.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reporting to clients.
- Training & Support: Provide training to clients and team members on how to effectively use GoHighLevel tools and features.
- Integrations: Manage integrations between GoHighLevel and other tools, such as payment processors, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
- Ongoing Optimization: Continuously optimize and update existing workflows, automations, and campaigns to ensure they perform at their best.
Required Expertise
- In-depth GoHighLevel Experience: Proven experience with the GoHighLevel platform, including setting up accounts, workflows, automations, and funnels.
- Marketing Automation: Strong knowledge of marketing automation best practices, including email and SMS marketing, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
- CRM Management: Experience configuring and maintaining CRM systems within GoHighLevel, including database management, lead scoring, and follow-ups.
- Funnel & Landing Page Creation: Expertise in building and optimizing sales funnels, landing pages, and forms to capture leads and drive conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance using GoHighLevel’s reporting tools, and using insights to drive improvement.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with integrations, APIs, and connecting GoHighLevel to other systems (e.g., Zapier, payment gateways, third-party CRMs).
- Customer Support & Training: Excellent communication skills for client-facing support, training, and troubleshooting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail to ensure smooth operation and high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GoHighLevel certifications or official training programs.
- Familiarity with other marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, ClickFunnels).
- Basic knowledge of web design (e.g., HTML/CSS) to troubleshoot landing pages.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or with clients in various industries.
