# QR Code Menu Ordering for Tables

## How QR code menu ordering works

Each table has a QR code. A customer scans it with their phone camera, sees your live menu, and places an order. The same single QR works whether the customer orders themselves or a waiter orders for the table.

## Printing the table QR codes

Open the **QR Codes** page to generate and print a QR for each table. Stick it on the table or a stand. Because the menu is live, any price or item change shows to customers after the usual cache refresh.

## Handling QR orders

Orders from the table QR arrive for the counter to confirm and fire to the kitchen, so you keep control of what is cooked and billed.

## Worked example: a table orders by QR

Guests at table F5 scan the QR on their table. They browse the menu and add 2 Chicken Biryani and 2 Soft Drinks, then submit. The order appears at the counter linked to F5. The cashier confirms it and sends it to the kitchen, which prints a KOT headed "TABLE F5". No one had to key in the order by hand.
