# Getting Started

AndroidAPI.net integrates with Claude through the **MCP (Model Context Protocol)** standard. Once connected, you can send SMS, WhatsApp messages, OTPs, manage contacts, run bulk campaigns, and control Android devices — all through natural conversation with Claude.

## What You Can Do

| Feature | Example Prompt |
| --- | --- |
| Send SMS | "Send an SMS to +923001234567 saying Your order is ready" |
| Send WhatsApp | "Send a WhatsApp message to this number with the invoice" |
| OTP Verification | "Send an OTP to this user and verify it when they reply" |
| Bulk Campaigns | "Send the Eid promotion to all contacts in my VIP group" |
| Manage Contacts | "Create a group called Corporate Clients and add these numbers" |
| Android Devices | "Dial \*123# on my device and show me the balance" |
| Check Credits | "How many credits do I have left?" |

## Choose Your Setup

There are two ways to use AndroidAPI.net with Claude:

### Option A — MCP Connector (for developers)

Connect directly to Claude Desktop or Claude Code using the `androidapi-mcp` npm package. Full access to all 52 API tools. Best for developers and technical users.

### Option B — Cowork Plugin (no-code)

Install a ready-made plugin in Claude Cowork. Six pre-built skills you can trigger with a `/` command. Best for teams and non-technical users.

## Prerequisites

- An [AndroidAPI.net](https://androidapi.net) account
- An API key — go to **Dashboard → Tools → API Keys** and create one
- For MCP Connector: Node.js 18 or higher installed
- For Cowork Plugin: Claude Cowork desktop app installed
